Warm chocolate cakes with a gooey center, vanilla ice cream and fudge.

Method

Heat oven to 425°F and butter 4 ramekins.
Melt chocolate with butter. Whisk in powdered sugar, then eggs, then flour.
Divide into ramekins and bake 12 to 13 minutes until edges are set and centers soft.
Rest 1 minute, invert onto plates and serve with ice cream.
